Cal Poly SLO Requests Your Input for the Annual DesignIntelligence Survey

Dear Alumni, Friends and Colleagues,

I invite you to participate in the DesignIntelligence survey, which closes on Friday, July 2, 2021. If you are a person in your firm who hires or supervises graduates of accredited architecture or landscape architecture programs, we hope you will share your experiences and perspectives by completing one or both of the brief surveys linked below.

If you work with or know of other colleagues who can respond, please forward this request.

Each survey takes about 15 minutes, and your involvement provides valuable feedback that informs national ratings of accredited schools of design.

Despite the challenges of the past year, we are extremely proud of the many accomplishments of our students made possible through practitioner engagement.

I personally thank you for your thoughtful and confidential participation in the survey.

These surveys inform ratings of architecture and design schools, both for their preparation of graduates for design practice and for their graduates’ abilities in specific practice areas. They also gather opinions on key attributes and factors considered when hiring.

The ratings will be published online by DesignIntelligence this fall. Individual respondents and responses will be kept confidential but a listing of all responding firms may be published.

If you have any questions or comments about the surveys, please contact Mary Pereboom, DesignIntelligence principal research and administration analyst at mpereboom@di.net (www.di.net).
