The College of Architecture & Environmental Design Foundation is currently seeking nominations for the 2013 George Hasslein Medal.
The College of Architecture & Environmental Design Foundation (CAED Foundation) was founded in 1985 as a tribute to the leadership of the college’s founding dean, George Hasslein, and to continue his legacy of student-focused, interdisciplinary studies, carried out through the Cal Poly tradition of learn by doing. The George Hasslein Endowed Chair was established in his memory.
The George Hasslein Medal is awarded to a Cal Poly alumnus or benefactor who demonstrates the commitment to George’s passion for interdisciplinary learning and teaching. Go to the Hasslein Medal Nominations page for more details on who qualifies and how to nominate an individual for the award.
