The CAED Advising Center provides academic advising and related services as listed below to students in the five majors in the CAED (Architecture, Architectural Engineering, City & Regional Planning, Construction Management and Landscape Architecture).

An undergraduate student is automatically placed on academic probation when his or her grade point average drops below 2.0 for the current term, the Cal Poly cumulative, or the higher education cumulative.

Information on change of major or double major requirements for the programs within the College of Architecture and Environmental Design (CAED) are available at the CAED Advising Center, the individual department offices and the linkes provided below.
Majors in the CAED are over subscribed, therefore, completion of requirements for a given major does not guarantee admission into that program.
Students on Academic Probation will not be considered for a change of major.
