K. Richard Zweifel Scholarship Established

Spring 2014

After 40 years of service for Cal Poly’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Associate Dean Richard K. Zweifel celebrated his retirement event on campus. As one of the founding faculty of the Landscape Architecture Department, “Dick” had a great professional influence as a teacher, practitioner and administrator.  And after 38 years as a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, he is the society’s president-elect.

In lieu of a retirement gift, the college has created a fund this spring recognizing his dedication to the college. If you would like to contribute please mail your check to:

College of Architecture and Environmental Design
Advancement Office
California Polytechnic State University
1 Grand Avenue
San Luis Obispo, CA 93407

Made payable to “Cal Poly Foundation” and in the memo field note “Zweifel Scholarship.”
