Information Technology Services (ITS), the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTLT), and the CAED Tech Team are working closely to ensure the successful transition to virtual classes. Zoom

Zoom is a video and web conferencing tool available to students, faculty, and staff.  Cal Poly uses an authenticated system, which means everyone teaching or attending classes must login with a Cal Poly account.

  • For first-time Cal Poly Zoom users, here is a short tutorial on how to login with Single Signon (SSO):

 

Canvas

You class learning management system is Canvas, and is accessed through your Cal Poly Portal. Below are guides and resources to help you navigate Canvas:

Giving to the CAED

Students in the ARCH 241 - Architectural Technology Fundamentals class display their custom-designed and handmade bricks. With the support of WRNS Architects in San Francisco, the class traveled to Pacific Clay in Lake Elsinore to make the bricks, after firing, they were shipped up to Cal Poly.
